Cancellation and Return Policy
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been dispatched. To request a cancellation, please write to us at contact@artgatha.in with your order ID and reason for cancellation. Once the order has been marked as shipped, cancellations will not be entertained. Also International orders are not eligible for cancellation if the item has been shipped already.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Our resolution process is simple and hassle-free. While we maintain a 99% successful delivery rate with every order carefully inspected and packed, we understand that rare issues can occur — and we are always here to make it right, as quickly as possible.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, simply notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@artgatha.inwith:
- Your Order ID
- Clear photographs of the item and the packaging it arrived in
For any damaged item, we will send you a replacement at no extra cost. Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

Returns & Refunds
At Artgatha, we take great pride in delivering canvases that meet the highest standards of quality. Each order is carefully inspected and securely packaged before it leaves our facility.
All sales on artgatha.in are final. We do not accept returns, replacements, or exchanges once the order has been successfully delivered unless there is an issue with the delivered order and required proofs are submitted.
We strongly recommend customers to:

If an ordered product is returned to our factory due to customer unavailability or any other reason, the to-and-fro shipping charges will be deducted. The remaining amount will either be refunded to the original payment method or issued as store credit.
