Payment Policy

All orders on Artgatha must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We accept payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other prepaid methods available at checkout, processed securely through our payment gateway partners.

• Partial COD Available: We offer partial Cash on Delivery — a portion of the order value is paid online at checkout, with the remaining amount collected on delivery.
• Order Confirmation: Your order is confirmed only after successful payment. You will receive a confirmation email/SMS once payment is verified.
• Payment Security: We do not store your card or banking details. All transactions are encrypted and processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.
• Failed/Pending Payments: If an amount is deducted but the order doesn't reflect as confirmed, please allow 24 hours for the payment to reflect, or contact us at contact@artgatha.in with your transaction ID.
• Currency: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST, unless stated otherwise.
