Cancellation Policy

• Request Window: Orders can be cancelled via the customer panel or by emailing contact@artgatha.in.
• International Orders: These are not eligible for cancellation once the item has been shipped.
• Shipping Charges: Express shipping charges paid at the time of the order are non-refundable upon cancellation.

Return & Refund Policy

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items. A free replacement is the standard remedy.
• Timeframe: You must notify the team within 3 days of delivery to be eligible for a return or refund.
• Documentation: It is highly recommended to record an unboxing video and take photos of the damaged product and packaging to ensure a smooth exchange process.
• Refund Processing:If a replacement is out of stock, a refund or credit note will be issued.Refunds are processed within 7 working days after the item is picked up and received at the warehouse.A 2.5% payment processing fee is deducted from the total refund amount.
• EMI Orders: These are not eligible for cash refunds; only store credit will be issued after necessary deductions.

Replacement Policy

• Conditions: Replacements are granted if you receive the incorrect item or if the product has visible manufacturing/shipping defects.
