International Orders: These are not eligible for cancellation once the item has been shipped.
Shipping Charges: Express shipping charges paid at the time of the order are non-refundable upon cancellation.

Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility: Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items. A free replacement is the standard remedy.
Timeframe: You must notify the team within 3 days of delivery to be eligible for a return or refund.
Documentation: It is highly recommended to record an unboxing video and take photos of the damaged product and packaging to ensure a smooth exchange process.
